  • We welcome the bride-to-be to bring up to three guests to her appointment to share this special experience.

  • It's recommended to bring your heels and any accessories you've already chosen. We advise wearing light or no makeup and bringing makeup remover wipes. Additionally, wearing light underwear or shape wear is encouraged for your comfort.

  • Upon finding your perfect gown, a deposit of 60% of the total amount is required to initiate the production process. You will be asked to pay the 40% left for your pickup appointment.

  • We do have veils, gloves, fur coats and jewelry , we also offer the option of bespoke veil creation.

  • Our made-to-order gowns have a production timeline of approximately 4 to 8 months. You will receive an email notification once your dress is ready for pick-up.

  • We can recommend a trusted tailor for minor adjustments if necessary to ensure the perfect fit of your gown.

  • Yes, we offer bespoke services for clients with specific design visions aligned with our brand. Prices for bespoke designs are customized for each project.
